A summer school and a conference will be organized in the Nice area from the 31th of May to the 4th of June 2027.
LIGHTFAB Thematic school
A two-days thematic school will be organized as part of the LIGHTFAB gathering master students, engineers, PhD candidates, and young researchers. Hosted at the UniCA (INPHYNI, IMREDD), the event will take advantage of its advanced additive manufacturing facilities to provide hands-on training alongside lectures on the fundamentals of photonics and AM. Renowned experts in the field will be invited to deliver these sessions, promoting knowledge exchange and interdisciplinary learning.
LIGHTFAB Conference
A three-day scientific conference will be organized as part of the LIGHTFAB initiative. Hosted in the Nice area (precise location to be defined) and immediately following the thematic school, the conference will focus on recent research advances in light-driven additive manufacturing and related topics (see above). It will gather leading researchers, engineers, and industry experts, to present cutting-edge results and discuss emerging trends. The scientific program and format will be specifically designed to guarantee ample time for exchanges and networking, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
